Return And Refunds

However, if you find yourself unsatisfied with our product or service, we are here to assist you. Please take note of the following return policy guidelines:
- General Return Policy: If you wish to return a product or have any complaints about our products or services, kindly reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. You can contact our customer support via whatsapp or send an email to [email protected]. We will promptly address your concerns and provide a suitable solution.
- Exclusions: Please be aware that products purchased under any offer, discount, or sale are not eligible for exchange or return, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.
- Made to Measurement Products: For products that are custom-made according to your measurements, we follow a "No Return No Exchange" policy. We regret that we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges for such products.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us immediately. We will provide you with store credit that you can use for future purchases. Please note that no cash refunds will be issued for such cases.
- Refund Charges: In the event of a customer-initiated cancellation after order processing, a 3% charge on the total refund amount will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer within 5-7 working days based on the preferred mode of remittance selected by the customer.
- Outer Packing Damage: If the outer packing of the product is damaged upon delivery, kindly inspect the product's quality and quantity before accepting the package from the courier company. If any discrepancy is found, either refuse the delivery or accept it with a suitable remark as proof on the delivery document.
- Fabrics Guarantee: Fabrics like net, silk, satin, cotton, linen, etc., do not come with any kind of guarantee.
- Product Return Process: If you need to return a defective product, please do so via registered airmail/courier. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred in returning the defective products to India. Ensure that the defective product, along with a copy of the invoice, original packing, and in its original condition, is sent back to Ethnic N More within seven working days from receiving confirmation for the return.
- International Returns: Ethnic N More does not reimburse any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on shipments. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the goods. Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item.
- Cancellation Policy: Customers can only cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. No cancellations will be entertained after this timeframe. Refunds for cancelled items will be processed, and you will be duly notified.
